Return Policy

If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer support for quick resolution.  For all other returns or exchanges:

Product must not show any visible sign of wear or damage.  The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. This includes the original packaging.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment.*  If more than 30 days have elapsed since your item was shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, please contact us at support@diabeticshoesdirect.com for a return address and an authorization code.  Remember to include your name, address, and order number.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the item.   Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance that includes a tracking number.

* Please note that unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted, refunded or credited.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.  Please note that it can take an additional five business days for banks and credit card companies to reflect the credit on your statement.
